a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

... have sunk the company, highly unprofessional people and corrupt environment, Beware of the glossy interviews and package offering, it is way beyond corruption, they don't care if they are playing with peoples Career and think that they cab compensate by paying them for harrasement and harrasing jobs.

... My teammates are good friendly and all production target will be reached daily. India's no 1 Very low salary company , the company is good , but they won't allow good people to grow , I have worked so many companies in Bangalore , but this is the one of worst low salary I saw , they won't allow you to sit or rest for a minutes ... They follow more rules and discipline in company , but not in paying proper salary ... If company continues with contractors support and same issues , 💯 percent it to goes down soon
