I liked the learning part in the organization.There is a lot of things that you can learn while getting different tasks from the seniors side.

This is a owner driven company and systems are only on paper. A bunch of few favourites of owner Mr. M.P. Gupta makes him fool all the day and Engineers have to run pillar to post to complete owner's unrealistic wishes.
