Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime, I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day.

This company is press components for Tata motor car plant.good quality product..and new development part release.this company situated in Pune & total 5 branch in Pune & 2 company are other state like that Karnataka & Jharkhand.

Everything from HR policies to management approach toward employee PARTICULARLY certain people in higher management is extremely unprofessional, unethical and not employee friendly. please do not join such kind of organization.

Horrible company🖕👎.... They do salaries 1 month late n keep Sundays working everytime. Many times they put up a notice that Sunday will be working n on that particular week day it's a holiday, but when the holiday comes they say it's a working day tomorrow. This way they keep harassing all the employees. Even if we wish to ask for department change to learn something new, they don't listen n ignore. Please don't waste your time and energy at this horrible place.
