The organisation is basically controlled by democratic parties and basically you are forced to follow the corrupted ways that they work in,if you try to change their ways and work efficiently,they will just terminate you or make you time there like hell

The teammates are well supporting and helpful in describing about the machines. It's a better chance to know deeply about all the machines and their maintenance.

The company is more innovating and be proud as a part of the team.The company provide very good quality in production and provide good quality control team.I am really like the cost effective methods of maintenance.It's pleasure to say that the experience gave me confidence and acquired good skills.It's really open to say that appreniceship is the best experiance.

It is a foundry industry,well controlled and organised firm with managerial lapse, product quality and cost is satisfactory,work environment is good,change the authority asap then the industry will be much better in India
