Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The organisation is basically controlled by democratic parties and basically you are forced to follow the corrupted ways that they work in,if you try to change their ways and work efficiently,they will just terminate you or make you time there like hell

It is a foundry industry,well controlled and organised firm with managerial lapse, product quality and cost is satisfactory,work environment is good,change the authority asap then the industry will be much better in India
