...ay. The firing wasn't bad but of course, it was ill handled and with no support. They even removed access to the HR tool be the end of the 17th March and salary slips had to be asked from Operation manager (Yes, they have no HR. One they hired on Feb month also got fired)

Dislikes

* Working in the India office, unfortunately, you have to work with a self-declared intellectual who is heading India office. That becomes the biggest pain point. * Hiring/Firing is the gossip of Autogrid both India and Redwood. So, if can enjoy that it won't bring irritation to work life. * Decision makers are hired in the US and every one/two years they are sent to India in an executive role to try out individual management skills and visit places in India. * There is a mandatory line item in CTC about Certification and Learning which requires approvals from management to use. So, they will decide if you can do that course or not.
