Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

worst, manger has to do tele calling, they have to explain jd before joining. After joining they are telling after joining with orgazanization they are telling Regional Manager HR also has to do 60 calls to candidates daily basis with excel report which is informed

Dislikes

Recruiting staff, Working systems, seating managements, no offer or appointment letters, no good behave with senior staff, use and throw policy and there is no salary also.
