Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

It's a terrible place to join and work with. I made my biggest mistake to join this company. That don't have any idea what thay want to do and it's not a office it's a place where you have to make a relationship with ur bosses or else you will not able to continue with this company. CEO is a terrible person and with him there was a lot of person who wanted to control u.

Everything ...... There is nothing to like this company....Thay didn't provide money on time n thay wanted to work free for them..... When u join there that will provide you a department ..... Like I join there as a H.R but end of the month they wanted me to ans why did not there customer provide them a check ..... As it's not my department it's a collection manegers work but she is busy with his boss so I have to do it....
