There is no proper salary date and not gave salary on proper month. Also note they aren't deposit our PF amount in EPF account. And they won't give a proper releaving letter.

You get to learn new things everyday. The company is open to new innovation but they do take some time and perseverance to adopt the new and latest technology. I love the fact that i was a part of telematics and OEM project development team which allowed me to explore more into embedded firmware development and driver level programming. Also they have a great team to work with. Apraisal happens regularly and if you prove your worth to them hikes will be really huge.

Salary comes untimely and unregularly.

It's very challenging and more work pressure in this company. The company is mostly used old technology. And don't adopt latest technology.

No competition no growth, delay of salary. Work pressure is very high. There is no on job training for fresher.
