Time is extremely good.and our team viewer is good working.Turnover is also better.They give good bonus some year.

Everage work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but some teammates are jealous with you and there is no management.

Salary is not good,work life balance is not good,they are forcing to do duty on holidays and weekend too. Even too much personality is there they give priority to Bengali only.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
