Everything. Right from start. They hire(lure) you with attractive salary, but dont fall for it as you will not even get 1 % of it. They will make the process look like they are gonna pay you a fixed salary but, after you finishing your probation they will tell u ,its not fixed. And you will be asked to build a team. You should hire your Hr, the hr should hire candidates. Subscription for posting in Job portals is from your pocket(that will be reimbursed only when u do a sale). If you question nobody will answer and they will remove you from the company.

Working as sales executive, successfully cleared probation. Target based job with good salary. Every training and everything was well instructed and informed, every doubt is cleared also if any arises. Manager are managers but they help you as needed. Working hours are fine also only. Those who wrote bad reviews, clearly have not understood how the company wants us to work, atleast this startup is much better than the famous ed-tech where I worked and their work pressure.
