Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I'm working as sales team leader It's a target based company with fair salary Only good performance matters here We are also getting pf benefit And also working hours is flexible We need buildup team 1st months And they will provide own team and then we need to handle the team and bring the sales from the team Whoever not performing well There salary get deducted They will write bad reviews over Google

...cruiting then after completion of my probation period and daily task completion. They said they will start my salary when candidate I hire will start to sale. It's completely fraud.

They just take your advantage. I have hired almost 30 candidates during my probation period after that they asked for sales initially they said HR doesn't needs to so sales but when I ask for salary start they ask me to do sales.

...d that company is giving work from home and work from office opportunity also. But your job will not be secured and they will not pay for your hard work.

Nothing to like about this company as everything is fraudulent . The company is fraud , the people working here are fake and uneducated as well . It's a huge scam !

...team leader in my first month of onboarding for which I got nothing at all too . They didn't paid my salary . Not even any reimbursement or compensation, Nothing . They don't even provides services to the Customers . It's all a scam and nothing else . I myself a victim of this fraudulent so I don't want even a single person to get trapped in this anymore . Beware guys !
