There is no job security in this company. I joined in june and they fired me in September without any reason. There were 8 other employees who were fired alongwith me for no reason. This company is a bunch of illiterate people who works together. They abuse loudly even in front of female staffs. Lots of politics here. South indian people here also worsens the situation by their politics. MD does not have any control and company is controlled by Chamchas.

There is no point i can write here. They sucks at giving salaries on time, ill mannered management, only work here if you are unemployed from long time.

I dislike total company management peoples decision, no system, no policy, nothing to be followed, this company is best example to see the all the worst things!!!!, I honestly telling nobody join the this company

Good work and and learning a component new new component new experience new education good work but staff a not good because senior to senior how to mistake in worker operator put your head to work :that you did not do tha right work.

Auto is a good company for which working is an easy task all senior and junior make an bond among them to make and support to fresher or the beginner, senior team is also supporting and enhance the quality of the work programme it is an excellent learning platfrom

The company is one of the fastest growing company in forging industry,In annual sales growth more than we expected,. The learning culture is available at open platform. If we are a fresher great starting.
