The company to open to new developments of parts and really adopts latest technology . I love the fact that company give me that opportunity to work with his team. As result I get to travel most of the diesel loco shed in all over India.

Dislikes

As company growing , but employee growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Also there is no on job training for fresher's, seniors have to guide step by step which is pain sometimes.
