I recently joined Auto ignition limited as Manager HR and having a Background of OEM/ MNC . I would like to express the onboarding experience was exceptional. The HR team did a fantastic job planning everything before my DOJ for making my transition smooth and stress free. I liked the goodies and welcome gift they added in my joining kit.. Now having spent one month with Auto ignition , I can confidently say that the work culture is positive. I also want to add that impressed me most is the hands on approach by leadership team. Both Mr MD and Mr President meet with each and every candidate personally and genuinely listing the thoughts of improvements .
