the only thing i liked about the company is the amount of knowledge they give to their employees regarding ABA therapy, its systematic and detailed unlike whats generally I find in developmental centres.

Dislikes

... the programme specialist and they tell their version to the director obviously. salary is like peanuts literally with the amount of work they give, and the risk that is involved. its 6 hrs of continous laborious job without taking break and you need to go through so much stress and anxiety due to the nature of the work, if you get hurt (mild to serious injury) due to a student, you pay for your treatment, the company wont cover it, and they only pay 30k. company culture is bad, no job security, work life balance is zero, salary is below average, no work satisfaction, only skill development is a plus.

An amazing organisation to start your career in psychology. The team is very supportive and encouraging. Very optimistic people to work with.

Dislikes

The appraisal is not very high. Also, workload is quite high. Lastly, the leave policies needs to be adjusted.
