You get to know how does SPM made..how does it work,get to know about pneumatic system.. basic principles behind them..get hand on experience in automobile( plc and robotic arms based ..especially Mitsubishi)automation...

Growth doesn't depends on your performance it's depends your flattering capabilities just like most of others.. And work life balance is worst like hell.

it's good for freshers to join an automation industry for gaining skills and understand the practical uses of the whole studies have been done in schools/college's.

Working environment is very good and filled with challanges. Owner of Authentic engineer is very supportive.He always encourage to give best. He always listen to their employee.

Everything is very good. Good working environment. Behaviour of some diploma or iti holder employee toward engineer is very rude. They never listen to engineers. Seriously facing diffculty working a sector7 wiring employee.

No professionalism. They dnt wanna introduce new things. They are still working in a very old or flop workflow.

Zero professionalism. Hired me for .net but when I joined they asked me to work on visual basics. Even they hv their own customised workflow in VB and .not
