...ment around. Everyone is around only to impress him but not with work & numbers. Very good salary at management level(much above standard levels)

It’s like a gang of old time people working and they don’t let good people come. If any good people come then they either push them hard with internal politics or make it difficult. Many good people left last year. The owner is a good person but is stuck with poor people. Horrible mid-management people with high salaries and less salaries for sales guys who actually do the grunt work.

1. Almost everything - the culture, the place, the management sucks. 2. One of the really worst places to be out there in product management. 3. The promotions are 0 and the appraisals are almost 0. 4.There is no job security, it's on the whims and fancies of your seniors. How good chaatu you are, ensues whether you will be secure or not. Politics is on another level. 5. The company over-all lacks good work culture. The company is not at all ethical even with their employees or even with their clients. 6. Unethical ways are followed to just get the work done. It is strongly recommended to avoid this company at all costs whatsoever.

...rox 1.5 years as Engineering Manager. Company is good and work life also good, Salary would credit on time . Very good for Tech guys, company is growing,only need to move new tech with experience guys. For technology prospect and job security , Company doing great. I work with leadership team so overall good and CEO is cool and supporting.

1. old technology and architecture 2. Slow behaviour and slow hiring process of HR team 3. Low compansation compare other tech company

...ve a forceful resignation so that they would not come under government scrutiny. Further they would not release complete amount of FNF on time, they cut down the variable amount percentage to more than 60% and pay only 30 to 40%. There is no hr policy nor hr has any authority to take decision on their own. HR department is playing a dummy role. They would not listen to employee. Employees are working 10 to 12hrs shift on regular basis without any extra pay, sometimes ask to work on weekend. Establishment of 19 yrs, company still does not have any stable process and hierarchy, very frequently change the process and could not let stable the process , also, the transfer of employee to inter-department are so frequent that employees get in-stable in his/her domain. In this company product employee move to operation or CRM or vice versa without employee consent. One day suddenly you will get the information of movement without your consent and you do not have a right to oppose the decision. Company doesn’t care of employees specialisation or future. If you will got a good opportunity, company would not give you an early release, HR is pathetic, they will ask to get HOD approval and would not help you out. No HR policy implement here without management consent. Working culture is very toxic, management will pressurise and will mentally torture you to complete task.
