It's a fraud company they don't pay salary timely and no ability to retain an employee. They are not transparent in job offer and documentation. Behaviour of HR and other staffs are very bad wish to give a tight slap on their face

Worst Company ... Untill and Unless if you not Submit a letter to the proprietor (as he called himself a MD) than your salary never increase. No Work Culture.No Office Decorum. And the proprietor and his son is very indecent and rough behavior.

They don't even deserve 1star they belong in the catagory of minus points. Plays with the carrier of employees. I regret that I should have never left Yamaha and joined Royal Enfield Austin Distributors Pvt Ltd, they are total fraudster. I don't know how Royal Enfield is still doing business with this kind of dealer. Such a shame. I was appointed to the post of sales manager but didn't got any offer letter from their end. Now after two months they are asking me to resign from my job. When asked about the reason then all the melodrama started of non perfomance. In the meantime I came to know that the previous manager is still in his post . Total fraudsters. I am going to file a case against them and also Royal Enfield. Plz don't join this imposter company.

There is nothing to like in this company except their skills to cheat peoples

Very bad environment, worst work culture, worst people including hr & directors, they r totally a big frod and cheaters & plays with our career, they cheat our salary & treat us like a dog, they usually have showrooms to sell Hyundai cars & royal Enfield bikes in esplanade, patuli, baruipur but they also have construction project in rajarhat where i was appointed as a site engineer. Please beware from this company.
