Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

One of my best ever company till now worked with joy never thought about pressure but enjoyed lot. And CEO OF THE COMPANY HE IS LIKE A FRIEND TO EVERY ONE. LOVED IT hope will have Superprofs again in Bangalore location great place to work.

They just left us.nothing else. Had lots of fate on them.
