...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Owner is good person and lunch and snack provided by company. Time flexibility is good.

Dislikes

1. Top management having poor technical knowledge and not able to take the technical decisions and site team is suffering lot. 2. Working culture like “jab tak kaam hai tab tak tum topper and star person, if you did any simple mistake then you are not engineer”. 3. Supervisors are directly reported to owner and lot of chamcha giri in company. Original (BE civil) engineers have zero value in company. 4. Few employees interested in public personal life instead of office work. 5. HR don’t know about the own KRA. 6. Performance appraisal is very poor, increment given on the basis of quality of chamchagiri. Company is good for retired people only, the engineers who wanted to growth the career please don’t take risk.

More responsibility of work and authority of decision taking in work. Good Company Owner.

Dislikes

Old Senior employees like Shreerang, Mangesh, Jayant bodle taking bribe from Contractors and supporting them for substandard poor Quality work.
