Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Here Work life balance and work environment is good. Have a lot opportunity of career growth. I think this is not work place it's also a training center for me. I am very happy for behavior of Accounts head CA Dilip Kumar and my others mate.

Here job security is very below because have not a good position for gold market. I don't like politics. I don't like culture of company because rules of company is very flexible, every time rule is change of this company.
