The company's policy is bothered,management also bothered,local employees don't respect Indians,they doing partiality

Compensation is decent,the work pressure is very high sometimes I have work 15,hrs line but we earn for overtime always timely I have to attend clients calls in the evening times and late night also,manager don't consider value,also,there no on job training for fresher
