The company exhibit excessive micromanagement and lacks a respectful and empathetic culture. There is significant imbalance between work and personal life, with little consideration for employees well-being, even during critical times such as hospitalisation of oneself or loved ones. Professionalism in management is notably, absent, leading to a consistently stressful work in the environment. Additionally, requesting allotted leaves often requires, detail explanation to the management, infringing on personal privacy. Despite putting in substantial efforts, employees really receive the appreciation for their work, and credit is often taken by higher authorities. Further more, some colleagues have been terminated without any prior notice or warning and without receiving any compensation. My advice to you is that if you are in very trouble and you, you need this job to sustain, then only join until you don’t find a better opportunity because you cannot rely on a company like this.
