Likewise, I get a good chance to work with people from various cultures, and makes me understand people to better manage the team. I feel privileged to work with such a wonderful company and its people as well.

Dislikes

Every workplace has room for improvement and consistent changes improve the work culture of a company. The management is apt enough to adopt changes to provide better benefits to its employees. However, the time of such transition is a bit challenging and everybody has to accept it and support the company wholeheartedly.

Likes

The nature of the Job where I get a chance to work with overseas businesses and help them to grow their business infrastructure. I like the facilities and flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Sales job itself has its own challenges. So there are challenges to face every month.

They all are doing a great job under the supervision of a great CEO

Not a good company to start with especially as BDE.. corrupt and greedy management always looking for their profit discarding everything else. Company full of nepotism and favouritism always doing politics.. very harsh rules and regulations make work-life balance hell.

Dislikes

Corruption, fluctuations in salary, nepotism etc.
