No ethics and respect to employee and treat employee as labour and foul language been used by higher authorities and managers also and no support from HR for verbal abuse and other issues and 12hr working hours with out ot payment and no food is available at canteen and transport at nights and most corrupted higher authorities

I worked in Aurobindo really... Aurobindo good at Increments, salary.

there is no scope for moving for other works bcz as initially what roles you're hiring there continue those roles not moving anther section..

Time to time salary and good hike

Lot of politics.,low work co-ordination.,zero support of superiours.,there is no proper training of new joinees.,partialities of managers and shift incharges.,improper maintenence of personal highgenee.,lot of deveations and audits are just formality...etc

Good in job security, work culture is good,company policies were good,compensation and benefits were good,skill development and learning chances were not totall good.

Dislikes

Although the working conditions were good.but sop and process training sessions were not implimenting good.

Good increments and timely promotions..these are most important because coming to work, it is there everywhere. Finally increments and promotions are the things what we want after doing hell lot of work ..

Dislikes

Little more work ..if the man power is suffient it's good orelse should do O.T for which they also pay so no regrets. .
