The second level management is not as per the Top management visionary and leadership qualities. The second level (Project level leaders) team doesn't have business ethics, value system which Aurobindo actually known for. Being a start-up organization the second level leadership team to be experienced and they should strive to safeguard Aurobindo corporate business ethics.
