As a current employee. I got learn many things. Job security is Good and Good work environment and culture. This is Service is oriented organization. Supportive teammates and management also very good. Good company policies.

Top level management like Directors and promoters of the company are very good. Have business visionary and good leadership qualities.

The second level management is not as per the Top management visionary and leadership qualities. The second level (Project level leaders) team doesn't have business ethics, value system which Aurobindo actually known for. Being a start-up organization the second level leadership team to be experienced and they should strive to safeguard Aurobindo corporate business ethics.
