Everything. What not. No working procedure, no system to work. They are doing fake business of looting customers by providing down graded material. They procure rolling stock from local vendors against QAP where there is written rolling stock to be from JSW or Tata. They provide fake documents and MTCs to the inspection party to pass materials. Totally cheaters and fraudsters are compiled over there in that company. There is actually no need of Engineers over there. They could do their fraud business by the help of supervisors who are eventually turned from labours. I would request everyone not to join this company and would suggest customers of this company like GE Power and Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd and KC Cottrell Pvt Ltd etc. to stop providing business to them as they are basically cheating you all. They are providing low quality cheap materials and providing fake documents to you as well. Kindly invest your hard earned money to some other company where your investment will be profitable. Also, in that company work life balance is terrible. They will provide you rooms and will help you to relocate at factory location for free but there lies the main catch. They provide you this facility so that they could make you work for 12 to 14 hours a day or as long as they wish to. Kindly think twice before joining here. Terrible experience. Worst grade management. Worst graded company.
