...nd of worried. I saw many companies removing their employees with high salaries. At Aurigo, my salary is high too. But here, not even a single employee was put through job security issues. So for me job security is one of the things that make this company really good.

The company has good values but i think now it should introduce health programs for employees. I personally feel having such programs at work will be good for employees' health.

...heck the application. when my hiring was done , I was satisfied with everything. Also i am thankful to the company for not deducting any amount from my salary due to pandemic and lock down. I also find things very organized in the company even when i work from home, I find no issues in doing my work

I haven't been able to see the office yet. I hope that it is well - maintained and hygienic too

...as composed of several rounds and i had to put in my best to clear those rounds. After finally achieving a position here, i feel so satisfied my salary is perfect and with every hike that i have received , my colleagues really respect me and when we all work, we work we like a team and that is why we are able to get good results.

since i am not originally from banglore, the availeble leaves sometimes seem insufficient

in my former company, i was asked to submit my resignation because the company was not able to pay me the full salary because of the coronavirus pandemic. i was worried about my income bacause there are only 2 earning member in my family. it took me some to find a company that could at least pay me the full salary if not a high package/ i'll really say that i was lucky to find a job at aurigo software technologies. I also been given a hike even when i was not expecting

it is too soon to tell about ant dislike here but as of now, things are pretty okay for me.

...e. After joining here, my opinion of the organization will be no less different. Indeed, this company credits the salary on time.

At times when I need to stay in the office for an extra hour or so, not much food is available in the canteen. This can be improved.
