...n second category. It is absolutely professional and I can recommend to join it. In the past year, not even for a single time has my salary been late. my leaves have been approved on a quick note. the management and HR have only been fair in everything that they've done.

Dislikes

Given the benefits, I can easily ignore some small issues.

...as during the lockdown period of 2020 that i started working with this company. i was looking for a company in the initial months of 2020 that could at least pay me the full salary it not a hike. at aurigo i am impressed with the concern of the company for its employee's safety. i do not have to worry about getting affected by the virus since i am safety working from now.

Not really disliking it but i am sure that working from the office will also be an amazing experience . i hope the office re opens soon when it's safe.

... focus more on the quality than selecting an employee who asks for a low salary. i am getting a great package and i am giving the best of my work to the office

There is nothing much to dislike. small issues can come up but if i aware the arrangement about it then everything is sorted.

... the advice of their seniors. the operations of the company are very systamatic. Coming to the salary part. i recieve it on time

... timings were not increased even when we all were comfortably working from home. The salary was as usual never delayed. It has been a fantastic experience till now and I hope for the same in future as well.

Dislikes

Some people arose and my network went off. But when I told the same to the office they adjusted and created no fuss about that. I am greateful for that.
