The learning curve is very high since it is a start-up that designs capital management software and customizes its products. The soft skills will be required so much though you're into just technical roles. Leadership is developed since you will handle roles alone.

Dislikes

..., on-site and on-shore connections demand work post 8 pm or at least until 8 pm. There's no variable pay for the extra efforts you put forward. Salary and hikes are less too.

...n second category. It is absolutely professional and I can recommend to join it. In the past year, not even for a single time has my salary been late. my leaves have been approved on a quick note. the management and HR have only been fair in everything that they've done.

Thank you Aurigo for reliable and prompt salary practices. Salaries are given at right time. This is the case for every month. As an employee of Aurigo, all my financial uncertainties have been eliminated. The office is extremely reliable for appraisals too. It was offered to me in a timely manner. Thank you for being punctual with these processes.

I wish the process for crediting leaves was quick. It would have then been hassle-free to apply.

...heck the application. when my hiring was done , I was satisfied with everything. Also i am thankful to the company for not deducting any amount from my salary due to pandemic and lock down. I also find things very organized in the company even when i work from home, I find no issues in doing my work

I haven't been able to see the office yet. I hope that it is well - maintained and hygienic too

...as during the lockdown period of 2020 that i started working with this company. i was looking for a company in the initial months of 2020 that could at least pay me the full salary it not a hike. at aurigo i am impressed with the concern of the company for its employee's safety. i do not have to worry about getting affected by the virus since i am safety working from now.

Not really disliking it but i am sure that working from the office will also be an amazing experience . i hope the office re opens soon when it's safe.
