After finally achieving a position here, i feel so satisfied my salary is perfect and with every hike that i have received , my colleagues really respect me and when we all work, we work we like a team and that is why we are able to get good results.

since i am not originally from banglore, the availeble leaves sometimes seem insufficient

...f this is how they always do but in my case i specially requested them for help. Once the interview was cleared, I was hired and promised a great salary. After working here for 2 months, i am glad i didn't let go off the interview that day.

...ation definitely follows the policies it has set. The management is transparent. My salary has always been credited on time, even during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020! There are many employee benefits. And there are policies for health too.

Dislikes

It is good that we have a canteen here but it has been long since the food options have been modified. Also, the service is a bit slow. I would really like to suggest to the management to introduce more options and make the service a bit faster.

...nd of worried. I saw many companies removing their employees with high salaries. At Aurigo, my salary is high too. But here, not even a single employee was put through job security issues. So for me job security is one of the things that make this company really good.

The company has good values but i think now it should introduce health programs for employees. I personally feel having such programs at work will be good for employees' health.

Very supportive teammates, good work environment & encourage us on our ideas. During this lockdown period, Aurigo technologies understood the importance and value of human life by not forcing us to move outside of our homes and allow us to work from home.

Dislikes

Regarding the salary, the hike is very minimum. Rest everything is the best.
