They are competing with MNCs with limited infrastructure and personnel. So the pressure to deliver in a short time is much higher. Not much work life balance.

It was good to work in APSL, policies are also very good, job security also fine , work culture is so good, career growth and higher education policy is good.

compensation is decent, each individual policies are good. everything is good .

...ssure on work i have seen employees are always satisfied with this organization.there many policies like mediclaim,types of leave, yearly 10 percent increment in saliry also company gives bonus. Managers and lab mates are supportive.

Process Engg. dept Head Mohan always scolds unnecessarily without understanding the documentation work, work load, culture . daily morning starts with scolding which is a toxic environment to work and toxic culture. No proper guidance only shouting. Aurigene Process engg dept got worst from 2023, everyone left of this organization

I was worked in Process engineering department and it was good experience overall. If you have good manager then you are very lucky to work here. Management is very employee friendly, Specially HR will not trouble you for foolish reasons like other organizations. Overall i will give 8 out of 10 ratings.

If co-ordination between you and manger is good then nothing to dislike.
