They are competing with MNCs with limited infrastructure and personnel. So the pressure to deliver in a short time is much higher. Not much work life balance.

Company is good in providing learning and growth opportunities. There is no stoppage for a person who shows growth potential HR polacies are good, company located in the heart of the city. There is access to library and OPRD articles.

Here work culture is good. Health insurance is good. we have facilities like Child care, sports, gym , cafeteria.

Here some of policies are not good especially appraisal process. HR people are not trying to implement same policies through out the organisation. work distribution by group leaders are also not good. Medicinal chemistry requires some advanced technologies support (Analytical) for quick results. Chemical procurement system also not good. Carrier growth is not there in this organisation.
