There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue like traveling expenses issue and salary deduction issue during Covid19, They were deducting huge percentage of salary without any discussion and information, firstly they were saying that deduction is only for three months and we are agree for that but after three months they were deducting salary continuously till I resigned.

New products in india copmany opened three years. This product premium quality. Very high MRP the starting rate 749 .key shop business only. Quality Super but he is creating the customer.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
