That was a contract basis job, No job security, No growth in carrer, But we can learn much from this organization.

Dislikes

Staff behavior, and salary not provided on the time, and Duty hours is very long, No week off, No chair provided for sit, No any security during job. Food was very durty.

Third class level of organisation in my life,i have never seen till date.Hr like I'm the boss of that company, behaviour like unskill, rubbish language, always payment issue facing not only working days after resign time also...

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

I learned every time everything about quality and development. near about all engineering processes are available here to learn. I think starting of engineer here will be better to gain the knowledge of engineering.

Dislikes

Employee comes at their time but not leave at the time. Eg. 9am to 7pm No canteen, transportation.
