Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...s is company I ever think this is our college, school that like i working there. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

No there is nothing dislike for me But, only one thing I dislike that the dispatch is over the material loaded in vehicle but there bill is not ready in Bills there is so mistake. This small small things I dislike. Other allover is good 👍.

I started my journey with AURAA back in 2020. Coming with no work experience, I was mentored well since day 1, by the Directors. The work environment allows you to achieve more, giving you the freedom to explore what is out there. The Team Leaders are very understanding and always make you think out of the box. Creativity runs in the organisation and learning is always promoted within the team.
