...s is company I ever think this is our college, school that like i working there. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No there is nothing dislike for me But, only one thing I dislike that the dispatch is over the material loaded in vehicle but there bill is not ready in Bills there is so mistake. This small small things I dislike. Other allover is good 👍.

I started my journey with AURAA back in 2020. Coming with no work experience, I was mentored well since day 1, by the Directors. The work environment allows you to achieve more, giving you the freedom to explore what is out there. The Team Leaders are very understanding and always make you think out of the box. Creativity runs in the organisation and learning is always promoted within the team. My experience with AURAA has been great so far and believe that an Agency that understands its employees so much, has more success to witness in the future. AURAA is indeed a great place to work!
