It has a good vision and mission for the company. Team leaders are very supportive and encouraging. Culture is good. But the work is horrible. you have to meet customers directly and u have to meet them at their door. sometimes you will be scolded and humiliate by uneducated people. we need to raise funds. we will not have proper food even. complete day u shd stand.

Dislikes

The work is very bad. It is all about rasing for donations and funds at the customer's doorstep. There is no job security. No fixed salary. its all depends on your fieldwork.

This is completely a big fraud company, they say to sell the concept as they r helping girls who r in need but the thing is the collected money goes into their pockets not to needy girls, the concept they use to collect donations is PLAN INTERNATIONAL, I request everyone pls don't waste your time in joining this stupid and meaningless company and reviews in google are kept the employees initially I to did that bcz I was unaware of all these so dont trust those positive reviews this is the truth
