It has a good vision and mission for the company. Team leaders are very supportive and encouraging. Culture is good. But the work is horrible. you have to meet customers directly and u have to meet them at their door. sometimes you will be scolded and humiliate by uneducated people. we need to raise funds. we will not have proper food even. complete day u shd stand.

Dislikes

The work is very bad. It is all about rasing for donations and funds at the customer's doorstep. There is no job security. No fixed salary. its all depends on your fieldwork.

I literally had a bad experience in this company. I really don't want this kind of job at all. But I came to know how these companies are going to work
