Make you do overtime daily basis and you don't even get any compof or money for that. Make you work on Sunday too. When its comes to appraisal, they can only give 5%. There is no future growth or job security in company. Can fire you anytime.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
