...ery bad and especially I could say the HR dept is the worst part of the company. The work-life balance of the company is very poor though the salary packages are the worst of a kind.

Auma India is a MNC manufacturer company , its very good company for learning,salary,g growth etc, but auma India this all opportunities gives to permanent employees only, I am working contract basis in this reason I am getting only salary and pf .

1. Auma India takes contract basis employees and not provide benefits. 2. Increment,bonus,promotion, this benefits not provide contract employees.

Good Work environment i had been in supplier quality management department good colleagues and supporting HOD, salary will be provided on the date hike is less

Management is not giving opportunity to young people , which makes young people to dislike the company no work balance as from past 5 years company did not hired a single candidate to company pay roll

Till 2012 company culture was excellent and thereafter it is ruined

...appy. Performance management and carre development is nit given much importance. Compensation is not up to expected levels.

No career growth. No department change. Groupism is existing in Machine Shop. Arrogant Supervisor Tejas acts like illiterate. Programming knowledge is less to setters and supervisors. Ganesh Venkatesh Bhandari Sir Handling the whole burden of machine shop.
