Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

At Mumbai and Bangalore Office - Employer-employee relationship, skill building, knowledge development

At Gurgaon Location - Pathetic Manager,Self Obsessed , management does not pay any heed to the employee. Never join the Gurgaon Location

...n peers. Promotions are poor in-spite of good ratings and terrible salary hikes. No variable pay. No L&D portals.

... b) Managers are really abusive and like leaches that suck your time and energy. They pay you minimal salary and expect 4 resources work. Experienced people join here nd leave immediately. Though it is good for freshers. c) At last the organization is so unprofessional they put rehire no as a remark and experienced people have to give an explanation in joining organization. Absolutely unprofessional and low grade organization.

No standards, policies out of the world, no work life balance, worst and abusive managers, low grade third quality organization.
