I must say that the work environment and the amount of learning and support you will get is incredible. I haev worked with this company for almost 3 years and eveything from the start was just so nice and no politics of any sort. I learnt a lot and was individually handling International clients and given full support from the owner who is always willing to help you and very supportive. Had a great learning and the entire office felt like one family.

Dislikes

Just that Saturdays was working, but we were allowed to leave btw 4-5 pm on Sat or also work from home if requested.

Likes

Nothing. The company owner Parag khalera is a terrible person who doesn't know to treat his employees.

Dislikes

The owner arrives at 7 pm in the evening and then will snort his drug sitting in his cabin and after this will make you sit till 9 pm shouting and abusing about all the work. He just hires and fires his employees in the duration of 2-3 months and then holds back their salaries.
