Aubergine has a culture of learning from teammates and this allows people to learn through osmosis. The company policies are reasonable and leaves are also pretty decent. The management is also done pretty well as there is an almost flat hierarchy.

The pay could be more, it’s still better than most agencies, but not at par with industry standards as when compared to start ups. More senior members on the team could be beneficial.

- Some time you are stuck in some project where you are working in a really small team or alone. So for that time you don't get to learn from peers. But that's not always, since you can ask in 1:1 and for mopst people project are changed as well upon requesting

The work life balance is amazing. They don't force you to work for extra hours. The client behaviour is good towards Aubergine employees. Projects are of high quality.
