1 long working hours as bank's customer service timing is 9-6 2.Poor Gl rate even though they expects u to do 10 lakh GL every month. 3. Poor job security,they can ask you anytime to leave job and HR is just puppet. 4.Work culture is very poor they judge u for each n every thing .

Team was super Job security was not bad no more opportunities for career growth salary was very poor politics not allowed there not more options for learning but work life was super I enjoyed more

Being a small finance bank, it gives prompt response to customer since daily walk in to the main branch in Bangalore is 3-4 customers (at the max)

...have any say before sales department. They ask to come to work even on holidays. Line Manager has all the power to hold fixed salary. He may choose to hold upon achieving monthly targets. Over all, not at all recommended for work.
