-Lack of update on existing/ongoing project to involved and responsible stakeholders by project management/development team. Only discussion conducts in limited group member (internal/external). Around deployment phaseab of activity/project, responsible stakeholders (SME) looped, where multiple observations identified and shared by SME to project manager/developer, which could have been identified earlier and taken care of during expectation setting/development phase instead of making change at the time of deployment phase to minimise the TAT of reduce cost incurred in development of new project/product/application
...r working culture is good and interesting. In AU bank we recognised new things . Salary and incentives compulsion are good . I recommend to those who are freshers n others also. And the bank policies are so nice to all of you

They give complete ownership of thing which is challenging at times and helps one grow fast
Dislikes
...lease appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here
