...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Colleague members are good and supportive that's the only plus point is there.

...t related to your department.they can move u in any department if they want to..u can't do anything in that because management thinks they are giving u salary so u are their servent...worst working environment.No growth for those employees who is below cluster manager level because u will not get any growth or increment.

Bank reputation was good, also policy good. I appreciate for banking hours was (branch closing) 07:30pm. For family, friend or personal time' space.

But existing employee (good experience) salary according to new joining employee was very low. And staff shorting or leave applying so far. At the time my 28+ pl or 3 sick leave not used. Incase leave system not.
