...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are Good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every Year.

There is a lot of politi and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There isa bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

AU bank have clear vission and bank lounched good product. AU Bank has good product. We can interact with senior management easily. We can highlight easily with our performance

Dislikes

...ing in ROMG. They just checking MIS and reporting and passing 1 to 2 years hear. They are coming only for salary hike. PLP and KPI different program not useful. Need one program for incentive purpose.

Overall experience is good working with Au. But organization is not promoting employee to next position..

Being a small finance bank, it gives prompt response to customer since daily walk in to the main branch in Bangalore is 3-4 customers (at the max)

Dislikes

...have any say before sales department. They ask to come to work even on holidays. Line Manager has all the power to hold fixed salary. He may choose to hold upon achieving monthly targets. Over all, not at all recommended for work.

They give complete ownership of thing which is challenging at times and helps one grow fast

Dislikes

...lease appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here
